On Friday, he plead guilty to an extreme DUI charge that will land him a jail sentence nearly twice as long as that.
Floyd was arrested in his vehicle on December 12 after police found him passed out in his auto. According to court documents, Floyd's BAC at the time of his arrest was.217 - almost three times the legal limit.
The extreme DUI charge wasn't the only one he was facing, but six additional charges were dropped when he put in the guilty plea. The majority of that time is expected to be spent on house arrest.
Michael Floyd will have to serve time for his extreme DUI back in December.
At one point Floyd is asked why he is talking to an officer and replies "I have no idea why".

Floyd was arrested for a previous DUI on March 20, 2011 while he was at Notre Dame.
The day after the game, Floyd took to Twitter bemoaning the fact that some fans were upset that he received a Super Bowl ring. Coming off a down year in Arizona and New England, Floyd's free agent prospects aren't looking good.
Based on the plain language of the substance-abuse policy, Floyd could be facing a suspension of more than two games.
