Romelu Lukaku has told Everton he won't sign a new deal with the club, according to several reports. Chelsea reportedly bid £57 million for the Belgian in the Summer of 2016 but Everton wanted £75 million.
Costa has netted 49 Premier League goals in 79 games for Chelsea, while Lukaku has scored 47 in 100 games across the same amount of seasons.
Romelu Lukaku is stalling on signing a new deal at Everton as he wants to keep his options open this summer, sources confirmed to ESPN FC.
Lukaku informed the Blues' hierarchy that he had no plans to commit to a proposed five-year deal despite repeated pledges from agent Mino Raiola.
