The airline has been under heavy scrutiny since video of the incident was shared worldwide.
United has already said it will no longer call the police to remove passengers from overcrowded planes.

Dao's forceful removal by three aviation officers, who yanked him from his seat and dragged him bloodied through the aisle, was captured on now-viral video by fellow passengers. It's possible that United and Munoz will mutually decide to defer the bonus to a later date in order to avoid yet more bad press - and, for Munoz's sake, give those customer survey numbers a chance to creep back up.
United has been pummeled on social media - #BoycottUnited is a popular hashtag - and late-night television.
However, the poll from Public Policy Polling found that despite Trump's low job approval, only 27 percent said they would rather have Vice President Mike Pence take over.
Munoz took the top spot at United in 2015 during trying times for the company.
Also in the proxy, United outlined changes to its 2017 executive compensation program, tying it more closely to customer satisfaction.
