Just a couple days prior to the 2017 NFL Draft, Conley has been accused of rape, according to a report from TMZ Sports.

A 23-year-old woman alleged in the report that Conley sexually assaulted her in a suite at the downtown Cleveland Westin in the early-morning hours of April 9.

Kevin Spellacy, Conley's attorney, vehemently denied the allegations to WOIO-TV in Cleveland. No charges have been filed, nor has an arrest warrant been issued for Conley. She said she decided not to stay with her friends and went with Conley back to his room.

Police spokeswoman Jennifer Ciaccia says investigators are making arrangements to interview Conley, one of the top defensive prospects in the upcoming National Football League draft. It is hard to gauge just how far Conley might slide in the draft given how little information is available, here, but for what it's worth, the OSU standout will no longer be attending Philadelphia's big show on Thursday.

Despite Conley's denials of the allegations made against him, it could still hinder his draft stock in some sort of way. When police arrived at the Westin, the player had already left. She claimed she met Conley in an elevator around 3 a.m., that they went to his hotel room and that he propositioned her for group sex with his friend and another woman, which she declined. The police later interviewed two people at the hotel room who identified as associates of Conley's.

Seattle, not one of the places targeted with a letter, and other jurisdictions have sued the Trump administration over the sanctuary issue.

He said his client was never alone with the alleged victim, and he has three witnesses who said he did nothing wrong.

We will have to see how much this report impacts Conley's draft status when the draft officially kicks off on Thursday night. She said she told Conley to stop.

She was taken to the hospital and administered a rape kit after being interviewed by police.

Spellacy told Cleveland.com that he made arrangements with police for Conley to be questioned after the draft. The police continue to investigate but have not yet pressed any charges.

A short time later, the woman says Conley unbuttoned her trousers and began to have sex with her.
