Mehbooba said the situation in Kashmir is not good and blamed the previous Congress-led UPA government in the centre for the prevailing anger and alienation among people in Kashmir.
The CM said while her government is trying to improve the situation in Kashmir, there are some forces which do not want it. "He was successful to a large extent in shortest of period", Mehbooba said. "It was not an ordinary feat", she said in an apparent hint to push for talks. However, BJP has skipped talking with to Pakistan or to Kashmir separatists.
