Florentino Perez insists Real Madrid are not contemplating Cristiano Ronaldo's departure this summer.

The reigning Ballon d'Or and Best FIFA Men's Player award victor is believed to feel singled out for disproportionate treatment after Spanish prosecutors accused him of evading tax of 14.7million euros (£12.8m).

Ronaldo and Mijatovic's indictments follow a string of other high-profile tax fraud cases in Spain such as Lionel Messi and Columbian Radamel Falcao, who have both fallen foul of Spain's crackdown on tax evasion.

Real were unable to strengthen their squad in the January transfer window due to a ban for illegally signing minors but since the sanction has been lifted they have been linked with several players.

Romano revealed that Manchester United are still in talks for Morata.

The state prosecutor based the accusations on information provided by Spain's Tax Office, which indicates that Mourinho used shell companies in the Virgin Islands and Ireland to "hide profits made from image rights".

Spanish authorities have also recently filed papers against Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo, who is accused of evading tax of some €14.7m (£12.8m) by hiding income from image rights.

The Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Madrid are looking into Mourinho's time at Real Madrid, where he was a manager for four years from 2010-2013.

Prosecutors accuse the Portugal global of evading tax via a shell company based in the British Virgin Islands and another in Ireland, known for its low corporate tax rate.

It's unclear yet what a prosecution would mean for Mourinho. Ronaldo has denied the charges.

A judge will decide whether there are grounds to take the matter to court.

Under Spanish law, a first-time offender is not required to serve time in jail for a sentence below two years.
