Kingdom Hearts III has been in development for quite a long-time, and many fans of the series were anxious that the game would never see the light of day.

The Kingdom Hearts cycle is complete - at least, the pre-release phase. Buried at the tail-end was two words fans have longed for since Kingdom Hearts 3 was announced four years ago: "coming 2018".

He was keen to emphasize that it hasn't been problems with development or any choices made by him or his team that have caused Kingdom Hearts 3 to take so long.

While his comments may cause an uproar in the Xbox One community, Kingdom Hearts III does appeal to a Western audience because it has worlds like Toy Story which are incredibly popular in countries like the United States and United Kingdom.

Kingdom Hearts III still has no specific release date, but the game is expected to come out for PS4 and Xbox One in 2018.

Look forward to things getting spiced up for this new entry, with gameplay that can only be experienced in Kingdom Hearts! Certain timing and resource-related challenges within Square Enix also played a role.

After a few minutes of dialogue exchange, the trailer takes us outside Andy's house and even inside a toy store, where we get a glimpse of Sora donning a toy mech suit to combat even more invading Heartless.
