Earlier in August, the company's India Vice President and Managing Director Manu Jain had informed that Xiaomi will announce its first dual camera phone in India next month. On Monday, he took to Twitter again, only this time round he has revealed that the phone that the company will launch in India on September 5 does not exist yet. However, the Xiaomi Mi 5X is already unveiled in China with a price tag of RMB 1,499 (INR 14,200). This large and small sensor approach is the same as can be found on the Xiaomi Mi 5X and Mi 6's dual camera approach (which make use of one wide-angle lens and one telephoto lens). The camera setup offers features like 2x optical zoom and phase-detection Auto Focus. The Mi 5X features a 5MP front-facing camera.

Xiaomi's gen-next Mi 5x smartphone comes out into the markets with a 5.5 inched full-HD display.

Battery and OS: The device is backed by a 3080mAh battery which can be charged via a USB Type-C port.

Androids, Super Saiyan Blue And Story Mode Confirmed For Dragon Ball FighterZ
The existing nine stand to be Goku, Vegeta , Gohan, Cell , Frieza, Majin Buu, Trunks, Krillin , and Piccolo. Dragon Ball FighterZ is slated for release sometime in 2018 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

The Mi 5X retails for the equivalent of $220 in China, so the device will likely debut at the ₹15,000 mark. The device comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage (expandable via a microSD slot), paired to the efficient yet sufficiently powerful Snapdragon 625 SoC, clocked at 2GHz. The smartphone runs Android 7.1.1 and is rumoured to be based on MIUI 9, whereas the Chinese edition is based on MiUi 8.5.

The smartphone was launched in different colour variants - Black, Blue, White and Ceramic Black with 18-karat gold camera rims.

Another possibility is that this relates to the upcoming Xiaomi Mi MIX 2. It's clear that the mysterious phone will feature the dual cameras on the back. The dual camera flagship is expected to be priced at Rs. 26999 in India. The Mi 5X will give a stiff competition to the Motorola's Moto G5S Plus smartphone launching in India tomorrow. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and 4G.
