Ousted Pakistan prime minister Nawaz Shairif's daughter Maryam Nawaz, after appearing before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) court on Monday, said that she was not afraid of getting arrested. On the previous hearing the court had issued non-bailable arrest warrants against them yet they skipped the hearing yesterday. The judge also ordered NAB authorities to release Capt Safdar.
However, Sharif and his two sons were absent as they are in London where 67-year-old Sharif's wife is battling throat cancer.
On Monday, the NAB declared Sharif's sons, Hussain and Hassan, proclaimed offenders for repeatedly failing to appear before it.
They have been charged in one of three corruption cases against Sharif.

She said that the next general elections would be held on time in 2018 and the government would complete its tenure. After the court proceedings, Maryam told reporters, "They have already punished my father by disqualifying him from office".
