In court papers filed Monday in United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Kadian Noble claims that Weinstein lured her to his room at Le Majestic Hotel in February 2014 with the promise of a film role and then began to grope her breasts and buttocks.
But that was until Kadian Noble, an aspiring British actress, made a decision to sue both Harvey and his brother Bob, and the Weinstein Company under federal sex trafficking laws, in order to bring the movie mogul to the justice that his actions over the years, has deserved.
When she rebuffed him, he "forcibly" pulled her into the bathroom, where he pulled down her shirt, unbuckled his trousers and masturbated as he rubbed against her and then forced her hand on his penis, the lawsuit states. "Harvey Weinstein traveled in foreign commerce, knowingly recruiting or enticing Kadian offering her something of value, knowing that he would use this offer as a means to defraud, force or coerce her into a sexual encounter".
More than 80 women have accused Weinstein of unwanted advances and sexual assault, including six charging they were raped by the Hollywood hotshot.
She added that her decision was not motivated by money, but "just the freedom of expressing and saying to him what he's done, it just ruins people's lives".
As for Kadian herself, her recount of the harrowing experience with Weinstein is extremely similar to the other 50 plus women who have come forward with their tales of horror with the producer. The actress thought they were going to discuss a role for her.
The assistant "kept reassuring me that he is a good man" and said that she should write a letter to Weinstein detailing her allegations, Ms Noble said.

"Essentially under the statute, if a US citizen goes to another country and uses force to entice a person to engage in a commercial sex act, they violate this law", Herman said.
There is a statute of limitations of five years when it comes to civil sexual assault claims.
The suit argues that based on these events, Weinstein was in violation of sex trafficking laws. Employees even had code words communicating what they expected to occur, the lawsuit states. "TWC employees knew to "take care" of the FOH's", is filed in the claim as reported by Vulture.
Bob Weinstein and TWC did not respond to request for comment on the complaint.
Noble's complaint calls The Weinstein Company complicit in this activity, since it either knew or "was in reckless disregard of the facts" that Weinstein recruited young female actors to visit him, sometimes via interstate or worldwide travel, under false pretenses, promising an acting opportunity and then coercing or forcing sexual activity.
A spokesperson for Weinstein told the Guardian the Jewish producer denies any allegations of nonconsensual sex.
