Along with our hardware partners HP and Asus, we showed the world the first full featured Always Connected PCs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset running Windows 10 and a new, optimized version of Office 365.

Qualcomm today (Dec. 5) took the wraps off the Snapdragon 845, its next mobile platform that will no doubt power the next batch of flagship Android smartphones coming our way in 2018. Phones with a Snapdragon 845 and compatible antennas should be faster than last year's phones on the same LTE networks, and thanks to some improvements Qualcomm made earlier this year, it should also be easy for device manufacturers to use the X20 modem to support T-Mobile's new 600MHz network. Asus says that the NovaGo is the company's ultra-sleek and lightweight laptop, and it features instant on and resume feature.

Both models will launch with Windows 10 S, but can be upgraded to the full Windows 10 experience. It features a 20-hour active battery life and 4G LTE2 connectivity. HP Envy x2 is slated to launch next sprint, the company hasn't provided the pricing and availability details yet.
