The Dreamers were brought into the country illegally by their parents but were granted protection from deportation under the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, of which there are now around 800,000 young recipients.

The move was in response to the decision by as many as 50 Democratic lawmakers who have reportedly invited dreamers and other undocumented immigrants to President Donald Trump's first State of the Union. Gosar showed his support for having them deported. "Any illegal aliens attempting to go through security, under any pretext of invitation or otherwise, should be arrested and deported", Gosar said in a statement.

Additionally, Congressman Gosar asked that they arrest those using fraudulent social security numbers and identification to pass through security.

Numerous immigrants attending are already protected from deportation by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, but it's possible some are not.

It's unclear whether the Capitol Police would comply with Gosar's request.

"Clearly, the speaker does not agree", Strong said.

Rahul Gandhi Slams BJP After Padmaavat Protesters Attack School Bus In Gurugram
The Karni Sena has been protesting vociferously against and has demanded a ban on Sanjay Leela Bhansali's " Padmaavat ", which they say distorts history.

Lawmakers from both sides of the aisle publicly criticized Gosar for his remarks.

All of Gosar's posts were made under the headline, "Getting to know DACA-aged illegals", even though most undocumented immigrants with criminal records are not eligible for the DACA program. Congressional sources have told Fox News flat-out that they were "not going to do that". He was the guest of his home-state senator, Jeff Merkley, D-Ore.

That seemed like a good plan — until Rep. Paul Gosar called the cops.

"If that's what he's doing to us who are here in the Capitol at the State of the Union, what's he doing to people in his community?"

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi will be bringing illegal immigrants who arrived as children as guests to Trump's address Tuesday night.

Democrats, including those from MA, are strategically populating their guest lists with faces of the immigration debate that is roiling Congress and vexing President Trump.
