Demaryius Thomas has been rumored to be on the trade block in Denver, and today, Ian Rapoport is reporting that he is being traded to the Houston Texans for a mid-round pick. The Broncos will send a seventh-round pick to the Texans, along with Thomas, and get back a fourth- and seventh-rounder, ESPN.com detailed.
The Broncos will now look to rookies Courtland Sutton and DaeSean Hamilton along with first-year player Tim Patrick to carry the load at wide receiver.
"He developed into an elite player over the years, establishing himself as one of the NFL's most productive, consistent and reliable wide receivers".

What Chelsea coach did that got Mourinho extremely angry at Stamford Bridge
The fire is back inside Jose Mourinho. "You need to be able to see someone and say "that's my man next to me". David Luiz , however, slammed Manchester United's tactics and said that they didn't play.
Since entering the league in 2010, Thomas ranks third in the NFL in receptions, third in receiving yards and eighth in receiving touchdowns.
Thomas had acknowledged rumours of a trade in recent weeks, guessing there was a "50-50" chance it would happen, although he wanted to remain in Denver. If he does not prove worthy of the $17.5 million cap charge he will cost in 2019, the final season of the five-year deal he signed with Denver in 2015, the Texans can cut him before June 1, in which case he would cost only $3.5 million in dead cap charges. And while Thomas will replace Fuller in the role he played alongside DeAndre Hopkins and Keke Coutee in the offense, it's fair to wonder whether the ninth-year pro will be capable of matching Fuller's production. One ancillary benefit of this trade is that the Texans just so happen to be playing the Broncos this weekend, which helps in two ways. According to ESPN, the teams will also swap seventh-round picks.
