The world stone's corruption eventually spread through its many shards until events led to the revival of the demon lord Diablo in the events of "Diablo III".

Blizzard kicked off BlizzCon 2018 with a packed Opening Ceremony, showing off brand new characters, expansions, cinematics, and more. And reinforcements are always only a tap away thanks to the native Blizzard Battle.net® UI designed specifically for Diablo Immortal, which allows you to chat and form groups easily in the middle of the most frantic battle. From what we've seen so far this looks like it genuinely may bring a full-featured Diablo experience to the small screen.

One of such announcement was the new Diablo game called "Diablo Immortals" which is exclusively coming to mobile devices, that is android and ios. At the event, designer Wayne Cheng covered the new Diablo Immortal game in an App Store segment and confirmed the action RPG. While seemingly catered to a mobile interface (as is to be expected), it does appear to have the same style of gameplay we're accustomed to from the franchise.

Blizzard announced World of Warcraft: Classic at BlizzCon 2017 to a lot of excitement.

Blizzard's classic games division today announced Warcraft III: Reforged, a remastered and updated flavor of the old-school RTS.

You can already pre-order the game at playwarcraft3.com, but you can also opt for the Spoils of War edition, which will unlock a swathe of bonus content across several of Blizzard's other games. This is made possible in "Westmarch", the mobile game's central hub. Blizzard also says the game has an active place in Diablo lore, taking place in the lull of time between Diablo 2 and Diablo 3.

And Blizzard stresses that this is a traditional "fully-fledged" Diablo experience, complete with six traditional classes, challenging boss fights and deep gameplay.

If you count yourself among the previously-mentioned fans who have been holding out for word about Warcraft 4, you're still out of luck.
