Trump opened his speech for Kemp, the embattled Georgia Secretary of State who is running against Democrat Stacey Abrams in a very tight race, to the raucous chants of "U.S.A".

If the voice and the overtly racist tone on the robo-call sound familiar, it's because it's from the same studio that stuffed a "We Negroes" robo-call down the throats of Florida voters, who are deciding whether they want Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum to be the state's first black governor.

"I heard people were making racist robocalls in my name, against Stacy Abrams, who I am 100% for in Georgia", Winfrey said in a video shared to her Instagram account. Since then, she's been a fundraising juggernaut, raising millions from beyond Georgia, and she's drawn a parade of notable supporters, most recently former President Barack Obama and media icon Oprah Winfrey.

"This political stunt from Kemp just days before the election is yet another example of why he can not be trusted and should not be overseeing an election in which he is also a candidate for governor", the state party's executive director, Rebecca DeHart, said in a statement.

Democratic Candidate Stacey Abrams responded to the allegations on CBS this Morning saying "Brian Kemp was informed of this flaw in his system on Friday".

Channel 3's Caitlyn Chastain is in Atlanta tonight at an Abrams watch party to bring you full coverage from Georgia.

On Sunday, the office of Georgia Secretary of State announced it was launching an investigation into the Georgia Democrat Party for possible "cyber crimes".

Capehart said Georgia is stuck being "the Georgia of Gone With the Wind", citing Abrams' opponent Brian Kemp tying her to the Black Panthers by tweeting a picture of some party members with Abrams signs.

David Cross, however, an attorney who has been involved in cybersecurity-related litigation against the Georgia Secretary of State's office, said he was also alerted to the potential vulnerabilities by the same individual who contacted the Georgia Democratic Party. Eyes from all over the country are on Georgia's race for governor. She wrote it, her T-shirt said it, she said it, and she even sang it - vote.

In 2015, Kemp's office inadvertently released the Social Security numbers and other identifying information of millions of Georgia voters.

Now that Democrat Abrams stands a good chance of pulling off an upset in a conservative stronghold state, Kemp may just want to have an excuse to contest the results should the election not tip in his favor. In a highly unusual situation, Kemp is in the position of overseeing the election that will decide his state's highest office, and has faced criticism over how it has been handled. "And no one on the ballot needs a vote because we're women". Immediately after the 2016 general election, Kemp declared that DHS tried to hack his office's network, an accusation dismissed in mid-2017 by the DHS inspector general as unfounded. They've freaked out about voter fraud to invalidate the results of elections before, and now maybe they'll agree to acknowledge the conclusions of several USA intelligence agencies and decide that hacking is a problem if and when the election doesn't go conservatives' way.
