Jason Velazquez, a comic and web designer, saw an opportunity to clown the former mayor and the bought the domain that was generated when Giuliani typed "G-20.In." in his Tweet that generated a hyperlink.
"Don't tell me they are not committed card carrying anti-Trumpers", added Giuliani - a cybersecurity advisor to Trump - while refusing to believe or acknowledge his own error. He was referring to a November 30 tweet in which Giuliani - by failing to put a space after a period, and starting the next sentence with the word "In" - had inadvertently created a hyperlink. In a follow-up tweet on Tuesday evening, Giuliani declared that he was not victim to a simple prank as a result of a typo, but was simply the latest supporter of the president to be victimized by Twitter.
When you click on the link, it takes you to the now purchased domain and states: "Donald J. Trump is a traitor to our country".
Echoing a common cry - sometimes made by Trump himself - that Silicon Valley's digital giants are biased against Conservative voices, Giuliani suggested that Twitter had done this deliberately.
Many Twitter users couldn't resist noting that Giuliani, who spent 16 years as a security consultant, was originally brought into the Trump administration as a cybersecurity adviser.

Steph Curry involved in multi-vehicle auto crash on Black Friday
The 30-year-old star is still recovering from a groin injury and is not expected to play Friday against the Trail Blazers . Despite the crash, no one suffered any injuries and no one appeared to be under the influence of anything, the CHP said .
"Any suggestion that we artificially injected something into the user's account is false", the spokesperson said.
It's not uncommon for political figures to display a lack of understanding regarding the machinery of the internet.
"Time Magazine also may fit that description", Giuliani concluded.
Velazquez said he'd had little time to carry out his mischief last week. And, in a show of incompetence would be breathtaking had there not been so many prior previews, Giuliani has now demonstrated he does not even know how URLs work.
