Trump launched an attack on the team that produced the Mueller report as he accused them of "leaking" information to the press.
The Department of Justice said in its response to a transparency group's Freedom of Information Act complaint that the court shouldn't "circumvent this orderly process" of Attorney General William Barr's plan to release a redacted version of the report in the coming weeks.
"We're hearing leaks that Barr misrepresented in his so-called summary letter what's in the report, that he sugar coated it, that he made it look more favorable for the president than it was", Nadler said.
Trump, who declared a "complete and total exoneration" when Barr announced Mueller's conclusions, said this week that Democrats "are fighting hard to keep the Witch Hunt alive".
Mueller's probe sought to determine whether Trump or members of his campaign conspired with Russian Federation, which interfered in the 2016 election largely in favor of the president.
When asked if he would object to having the full report released to the public, Giuliani responded that "no Republican is pushing back on full disclosure of the report".
Barr did not meet a demand by Democrats in the US House of Representatives to provide the unredacted report to lawmakers by April 2.
