Just head over into the "Account" section of WhatsApp settings and go into "Privacy". That said, it is recommended to the WhatsApp users to select the "Nobody" option on the new WhatsApp privacy Group settings to avoid unwanted or random people adding you to the unknown groups.

Users that choose to restrict who can add them to groups can still be invited by a private link. They will have three days to accept the invite before it expires.

Well now, WhatsApp has finally introduced a feature that will allow you to prevent people from adding to to any more groups.

The feature has been rolled out on Wednesday to some users and would be available to the rest in the coming weeks.

"With these new features, users will have more control over the group messages they receive". Now, users have control over which groups they want to join.

The messaging service is about to add a new privacy setting for groups that lets you choose who can invite you in the first place: everyone, your contacts, or nobody. Then, a click on Privacy and the Groups option offers now the possibility to choose between three options: "All", "My contacts" or "Nobody". WhatsApp announced that this new feature will be available to all users.

Apart from that WhatsApp beta comes with a whole new dark theme that will save power usage and strains on your eyes both at a time!
